IBY – Infinite Bliss Yoga

  • Arrive early to park and set up. Doors open 15 minutes before the schedule and lock once sitting begins.
  • Free parking behind IBY (via alley) or nearby streets on Sundays.
  • Yoga props are available, but you’re welcome to bring your own meditation cushions.
  • IBY is a yoga studio with a full class schedule. Please visit only during Louisville Zen Center events.


HPWZ – Heart of Perfect Wisdom Zendo

  • Address: 917 Rosemary Dr, Louisville
  • Doors open 15 minutes before sitting begins.
  • HPWZ is a residential practice place with a full schedule. Please visit only during Louisville Zen Center events.

LZC Zoom - Louisville Zen Center Online Zendo

  • Join via Zoom (Meeting ID: 820 029 536 | Passcode: Louisville)
  • Keep mics muted.
  • Sit in a quiet space, ideally facing a blank wall.
  • Sit side-on to the camera (not facing the camera) and allow space for walking meditation.
